Dental materials in unopened packages may be returned without a restocking fee up to 2 months from the date of purchase. Between 2 and 4 months, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Dental materials are not returnable after 4 months from purchase. If a dental material is defective and has not reached its expiry date, Synca will replace the material free of charge. Instead of including shipping costs in our prices, dental material orders are subject to a single $22.95 shipping charge*. Call before 3:00PM and 95% of orders are delivered within 48 hours across USA. Some heavy items are shipped to western USA via ground transport, which may take 5 days. Call Synca within 48 hours of receipt to report any goods that appear to be damaged in transit.<\/p>
