We don\u2019t believe that you can really determine if you like using a product unless you have tried it in your practice. Therefore, most dental materials are covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you\u2019re not happy with it, we take it back with no cost to you. Before ordering, ask if the policy applies to your particular purchase. For returns, you must call Synca to obtain a \u201cReturn Merchandise Authorization\u201d number and return materials at your expense. Dental materials in unopened packages may be returned at your expense without a restocking fee up to 2 months from the date of purchase. Endoret in sealed boxes of 10 kits (KMU15-US) may be returned for credit within 30 days of invoice. Between 2 and 4 months, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Dental materials are not returnable after 4 months from purchase. If a dental material is defective and has not reached its expiry date, Synca will replace the material free of charge and cover all shipping charges. Call Synca to obtain a \u201cReturn Merchandise Authorization\u201d number.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Instead of including shipping costs in our prices, dental material orders are subject to a single $14.95 shipping charge*. Call before 3:00PM and 95% of orders are delivered within 48 hours across Canada. Some heavy items are shipped to western Canada via ground transport, which may take 5 days. Speciality product orders have different shipping rates. Shipping Costs to labs and denturists is included in the price of orders over $250 for Fiber products. Call Synca within 48 hours of receipt to report any goods that appear to be damaged in transit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
