“All Orascoptic telescopes
and lighting systems sold by Synca are covered
by a 30-day satisfaction guaranty. If after
30 days of use you are not entirely satisfied
with these products, you may return them for
complete credit* or exchange. Shipping charges
and return shipping charges are at your expense.”
*because TTL telescopes
are custom made for you, there is a $320 reworking
charge for TTL returns. This charge is reduced
to $120 if TTL telescopes are exchanged for
Flip-Up design.
Terms of Sale:
Special order items are
NOT returnable unless due to manufacturing
defect. These items include, but are not restricted
to BodyGuard® chairs, high-index and hyper-index
prescriptions. Frames may be purchased for
non-returnable lenses at a reduced price.
