Satisfaction guarantee:

We don’t believe that you can really determine if you like using a product unless you have tried it in your practice. Therefore, most dental materials are covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with it, we take it back with no cost to you. Before ordering, ask it the policy applies to you particular purchase. For returns, you must call Synca to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number.

Returns and Defective Products:

Dental materials in unopened packages may be returned without a restocking fee up to 2 months from the date of purchase. Between 2 and 4 months, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Dental materials are not returnable after 4 months from purchase. If a dental material is defective and has not reached its expiry date, Synca will replace the material free of charge. Call Synca to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number.

Commitment to Quality:

Synca is committed to a quality system and is ISO 13485:2003 certified. Synca maintains a current medical establishment license as required by Health Canada. Synca is the authorized and appointed distribution channel for all products that appear in this website.

Lot number:

For implanted devices, it is recommended to register the lot number in the patient’s chart.
