Ordering and billing: Dental materials orders
can be placed by phone between 8:30AM and
6:00PM EST. Orders can also be placed by
fax using the convenient order form in our
catalog (p.35). Orascoptic loupes and lighting,
Compudent and digital imaging product orders
can be placed in-office with your local
Synca product specialist.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice,
mainly due to currency fluctuations. Current
pricing and leasing rates for Orascoptic
loupes and lighting, CompuDent and digital
imaging products are available from your
local Synca product specialist.
Shipping:
Instead of including shipping costs in our
prices, dental material orders are subject
to a single $8.95 shipping charge. Call
before 3:00PM and 95% of orders are delivered
within 48 hours across Canada. Some heavy
items are shipped to western Canada via
ground transport, which may take 5 days.
Call Synca within 48 hours in the event
that your order was damaged in transit.
Satisfaction
Guarantee:
Our philosophy is that you can’t determine
if you like using a product unless you try
it first. Therefore, all dental materials
and most other Synca products are covered
by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re
not happy with the results, we’ll
take it back with no cost to you. Before
ordering, find out if this policy applies
to your particular purchase. For returns,
you must call Synca to obtain a “Return
Authorization Number”.
Returns and
Defective Products:
Dental materials in unopened packages may
be returned without restocking fee up to
2 months from date of purchase. Between
3 and 4 months, a 25% restocking fee will
apply. Dental materials are not returnable
after 4 months from purchase date. If a
dental material is defective and has not
reached its expiry date, Synca will replace
that product for an equivalent product.
You must call Synca to obtain a “Return
Authorization Number”. Orascoptic
loupes and lighting, Compudent and digital
imaging products are subject to a different
return policy.
