Splintvac™
The Splintvac™ is a vacuum forming machine that is designed for fabricating full dentures using Fiber Force® mesh reinforcements. The most important step in Fiber Force® denture reinforcement is proper adaptation and stabilization of the mesh during the light curing procedure. The Splintvac™ ensures that users will consistently obtain perfect results by completely adapting the mesh to the model and by maintaining the adaptation while in the light curing unit. It is small enough to be placed into almost any light curing unit.
Silicone sheets, beads and all parts are available separately.
