Temporary Materials / Splint-It!®
from Pentron® Clinical Technologies
Stabilize, reinforce and repair with Splint-It!® resin-reinforced fiber splinting strips.

Splint-It!® resin-reinforced fiber splinting strips are designed to streamline the splinting process by offering a special resin treatment in three unique fiber designs. The high strength glass and polyethelene fibers are preimpregnated with a special resin ensuring complete saturation within each strand and eliminating the need to apply bonding agent onto the fiber strips. The resintreated fibers provide versatility, in addition to substantial strength and ease of placement. Splint-It!® resin-reinforced fiber splinting strips are sure to exhibit exceptional results for you and your patients, while maintaining efficiency and simplicity.

Splint-It!® resin-reinforced fiber splinting strips are available in three unique designs for a variety of stabilization and reinforcement procedures:

  3mm - Unidirectional Fiber Strip
The 3mm wide unidirectional glass fiber strip is ideal for stabilizing mobile teeth, repairing dentures, and reinforcing temporary bridges.

  2mm - Woven Fiber Strip
The 2mm wide woven glass fiber strip easily tucks into interproximal contacts, adapts effortlessly to misaligned teeth, and stays in place due to its lack of memory.

  1mm - Braided Rope Fibers
The 1mm wide braided polyethelene rope is ideal for use when lingual space is limited, and may also be used as a post.
