Pink Mesh

fiber force mesh

Mesh is used primarily to fabricate reinforcement frameworks for new construction dentures, and can also be used as a repair material. Each package contains a strip of material 100mm x 55mm, which is enough to fabricate at least 2.5 frameworks on average with full palatal coverage.

Note: Fabrication of mesh frameworks without use of the Splinvac unit (see below) and other accessories is strongly discouraged. Please see video or step by step instructions for further details.

Pink UD Fibers

fiber force ud fibers

UD or uni-directional fibers come in packs of two strips of material 2mm wide by 15cm long: total of 30cm of material. UD fibers are the most resistant of the stranded materials (UD, braid), but are somewhat less pliable and more difficult to place into certain shapes, such as a loop. They are recommended when maximum resistance and reinforcement is preferred. They are easily split lengthwise with a blade to obtain narrower sections.

Pink Braids 1mm

fiber force braid 1mm

1mm braid comes in packs of two strips of material 1mm in diameter by 15cm long-total 30cm of material. 1 mm braid is excellent for tooth additions on full and partial dentures, as well as when reinforcements are required.

Pink Braids 2mm

fiber force braid 2mm

2mm braid comes in packs of two strips of material 2mm in diameter by 15cm long- total 30cm of material. 2mm braid is excellent as a denture repair material as well as to reinforce provisional and final fixed bridges, or to reinforce orthotic appliances.

Pink Light Cure Resin

fiber force resin

FiBER FORCE® pink light cure resin is used in the framework fabrication process to create tissue stops. Il can also be used to tack the framework to the model when using an injection process, and as a repair acrylic to replace cold cure acrylic.

Pink Spacer Wax

fiber force wax

Pink spacer wax in used in the mesh framework fabrication process. It is 26 gauge or 0.5mm thick, and is ideal for creating just the right amount of space for the acrylic during processing.

The Splintvac

fiber force splintvac

The Spintvac unit is an integral part of the mesh framework fabrication process. It permits the fast and easy adaptation of the mesh to the working model, and allows the technician to create perfectly fitted reinforcements every time. The Spintvac can also be used to adapt light cured base plate and custom impression tray materials to any model.

The ProCure 300 Light Oven

fiber force procure

The ProCure 300 from Keystone is an economic alternative for those in need of a powerful and reliable light curing unit.
