Obturation System features Resilon® points
and pellets and now offers a choice of resin-based
sealers – the original Epiphany Sealer
used with Epiphany Self-Etch Primer and our
new Epiphany SE Self-Etch Sealer that eliminates
the priming step. With the addition of Epiphany
SE self-etch sealer, absolutely no change
in technique is needed when you switch from
gutta percha to the Epiphany System.
The unique attribute of the Epiphany System
is that each component is resin-based with
like chemistries that result in a resin monoblock
in the root that effectively seals to the
dentinal walls. As a result, Epiphany obturations
seal significantly better than conventional
materials. This improved seal combined with
the high biocompatibility of Epiphany materials
results in long term clinical efficacy and
accelerated, short term healing. The Epiphany
System is here to stay.
